Our team thrives in a fast-paced environment where attention to detail, leadership on the floor, and exceptional service are at the center of everything we do.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site leadership role based in Sea Bright, NJ, for a Front of House Manager at Brothers Daley. This position is responsible for leading all front-of-house operations, maintaining elevated hospitality standards, and ensuring seamless execution of service in a high-volume, guest-focused environment.Responsibilities include hiring, scheduling, training, and developing front-of-house team members, creating and managing FOH schedules, overseeing daily service flow, and leading menu and beverage education. This role requires strong floor presence, operational awareness, and the ability to lead service with urgency, professionalism, and attention to detail. The ideal candidate is highly organized, hospitality-driven, and confident managing both staff performance and guest experience in a fast-paced setting. Brothers Daley also hosts large-scale, high-volume events throughout the year, making event management and planning experience a significant advantage for this role.Qualifications* Minimum 1 year of management experience in a high-volume, hospitality-driven restaurant environment required* Minimum 2 years of serving experience and 2 years of bartending experience required* Strong leadership, communication, and guest-relations skills with the ability to lead teams through fast-paced service while maintaining elevated hospitality standards* Proven experience hiring, scheduling, training, and mentoring front-of-house staff with a strong focus on accountability, professionalism, and team development* Deep understanding of food, beverage, cocktail, and service standards, with the ability to confidently lead menu and beverage education* Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities with exceptional attention to detail and operational awareness* Ability to lead from the floor with composure, urgency, and professionalism during high-volume service periods* Sales-driven mindset with the ability to elevate the guest experience while increasing revenue through hospitality and product knowledge* Event planning and high-volume event management experience strongly preferred* Availability to work a minimum of 50 hours per week, including nights, weekends, and holidays as required by the business* Experience in elevated dining, nightlife, or high-energy hospitality environments strongly preferred
