Marketing Associate, Brand Design

This role is ideal for someone early in their career who has already built a strong foundation in design through internships, agency experience, freelance work or a previous in-house role.The ideal candidate combines strong visual instincts with attention to detail, thrives in a fast-paced environment and is excited to contribute to a collaborative marketing team.As an Associate Brand Designer you will:Design marketing materials including social graphics, PowerPoint/PDF presentations, newsletters, email graphics and other branded collateralMaintain and apply brand standards consistently across all creative assetsCollaborate closely with marketing team members and internal stakeholders on creative requests and project timelinesCreate and edit photography and video content for marketing and branding initiativesMaintain and update SharePoint intranet pages and support ongoing firmwide improvementsManage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining strong attention to detail and organization Design and edit newsletters and marketing content within HubSpotSupport website updates and content improvements through WordPress, including SEO-related updates and optimizationQualifications: 1-3 years of graphic design or marketing design experience through a full-time role, internship, freelance work or agency experienceComfortable creating and editing marketing materials in CanvaBasic knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesignProficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Word and Excel for editing and formatting deliverablesStrong attention to detail in both creative execution and administrative tasksStrong commitment to collaboration, accountability and meeting deadlinesAbility to receive feedback, adapt quickly and work effectively in a team environmentPreferred Qualifications: Experience supporting corporate marketing or professional services environmentsFamiliarity with HubSpot, WordPress and SharePointInterest in SEO and digital marketing best practicesExperience with basic video editing or multimedia content creationEqual Opportunity Statement: Charles Aris is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer and will consider all qualified applicants without regard to race, color, age, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, genetic information, national origin, disability, protected veteran status or any other classification protected by law.
