Senior Staff Accountant

We’re hiring a Senior Staff Accountant (Hybrid 3:2 | Greater Boston)Looking for your next step in accounting with a mix of in-office collaboration and remote flexibility? We’re seeking a Senior Staff Accountant to join a growing, global finance team and play a key role in financial reporting and analysis.What You’ll Do Prepare and review journal entries, reconciliations, and financial statements Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes Analyze financial data and provide insights to leadership Ensure compliance with GAAP and internal policies Partner with auditors and support audit processes Improve internal controls and financial workflows Mentor junior team membersWhat You Bring Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field 3+ years of well rounded accounting experience in a global environment Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting Experience with accounting systems (QuickBooks, NetSuite, or similar) Advanced Excel skills and strong attention to detail Excellent communication and organizational skills📍 Location: Greater Boston area🏢 Schedule: Hybrid (3 days in-office / 2 days remote)
