Role SummaryWe are expanding our digital assets team and are seeking a Crypto Quantitative Developer to build and optimize high-performance trading systems in fast-moving, highly competitive markets.In this role, you’ll work at the intersection of quantitative research, low-latency systems, and crypto market microstructure, developing production-grade trading strategies using modern C++.LocationsLondon, New YorkResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and maintain low-latency, high-performance C++ trading systems for crypto marketsPartner closely with quantitative researchers and traders to translate trading ideas into production codeOptimize system performance across latency, throughput, and reliability, including exchange connectivity and market data handlingBuild and enhance pricing, risk, and execution logic for crypto productsAnalyze and improve system behavior using large-scale market and trade dataEnsure systems are resilient, well-tested, and scalable across global crypto venuesQualificationsStrong proficiency in C++ (C++17 or newer) with a focus on performance-critical systemsSolid foundation in data structures, algorithms, and systems programmingExperience developing production trading systems or other low-latency, high-availability softwareStrong understanding of Linux environments, networking, and concurrency with a focus on cloud deploymentsExcellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environmentExperience working with crypto markets, exchanges, or digital asset trading infrastructure (preferred)Knowledge of market microstructure, order books, and execution strategies (preferred)Background in quantitative finance, mathematics, computer science, or a related technical fieldOpportunities may be available from time to time in any location in which the business is based for suitable candidates.
