If you're looking for a flexible job where you can help people, apply now!Responsibilities:Compile and organize inspection results into a report that will give all parties a clear understanding of any potential issues that were identifiedKeep clients updated and promptly respond to requests so customers feel informedComplete building inspections prior to sale to ensure the home meets current standards for electrical systems, roofing, HVAC systems, plumbing systems, security systems, structural components, and building codes updatesEstimate the potential cost to complete needed repairs, providing a range of optionsSchedule inspections with property owner to ensure full access to the propertyQualifications:Comfortable walking on roofs and climbing in confined spaces, such as attics or crawl spaces1+ year of previous work experience conducting home inspections or working in construction fieldStrong written and verbal communication skills and customer service skills are a mustUnderstands components of assessing needed repairs for an entire home, including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, security systems, and moreMust be able to manage very detailed aspects of the inspection and reporting processWell-acquainted with basic computer programs and email applicationsCan manage a variety of projects at once and stay organizedValid driver's license and able to travel by carAbout Company:Florida Native Home Inspections, LLC is a trusted home inspection company serving South Florida with comprehensive residential inspection services.
