Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and sanitizing surfaces to uphold cleanliness standards. Handle laundry duties such as washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens and guest clothing with care and efficiency. Operate laundry equipment safely and effectively, ensuring all items are cleaned to the highest quality. Maintain cleanliness of public areas including hallways, lobby spaces, restrooms, and other shared facilities. Follow established safety protocols and hygiene procedures to ensure a safe environment for guests and staff alike. Report any maintenance issues or damages promptly to ensure swift resolution and continuous quality standards. Skills Proven experience in cleaning or housekeeping roles is preferred; hotel experience is a plus. Knowledge of laundry processes including washing techniques, drying cycles, and fabric care. Strong attention to detail with the ability to work efficiently while maintaining high standards of cleanliness. Ability to follow instructions precisely and adhere to safety guidelines at all times.
