Our focus is on providing accessible support and empowering individuals on their journey toward healing.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site role located in Danville, Chatham or Salem, VA. Calm Source is currently hiring for multiple positions to support our mission of delivering exceptional mental health, behavioral health, and addiction treatment services. Responsibilities may include conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, providing therapy or counseling, and collaborating with clients and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care. Team members will contribute to fostering a supportive environment that empowers individuals on their path to recovery.QualificationsExperience in counseling, therapy, or mental health treatment.Strong skills in client assessments, treatment planning, and case management.Knowledge of behavioral health principles and evidence-based practices.Proficiency in communication, active listening, and interpersonal relationship building.Understanding of addiction and recovery programs is an asset.Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.Commitment to providing compassionate, inclusive, and equitable care.Minimum education requirements in psychology, social work, counseling, or related fields -Licensure or certification in the respective field is preferred.Experience with military communities and VA systems is highly desirable.Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.Proficiency in documenting and maintaining client records per healthcare standards.
