This Early Intervention position provides the ability for each CCC to create your own schedule with flexible hours. Full time, part time and per diem opportunities available!As a CCC SLP in this position we offer:Competitive Rates (hourly pay pro-rated into per session reimbursement)Flexible schedules & work / life balanceOptional Medical/dental benefits (for FT employees)PTO/Paid holidays (for FT employees)Optional 401(k) with match after 1 year (for FT employees)Robust library of online CEU courses to keep your speech therapy skills up to date!Options for W-2 or 1099 (w/ DOH approval)A team of forward thinking and patient centered speech and occupational therapists who are passionate about therapy and make a difference!As a Speech Therapist with SLP Communication Foundations, you will have the opportunity to:Treat children between the ages of birth - 3 years old and/or preschool age populationsCollaborate with case coordinatorsWork closely with families, caregivers, and other professionalsTrain caregivers on strategies / activities to achieve goals for their childrenWork in partnership with a team of other caregiversWe believe in a team approach with collaborative support to our Speech Therapists that is geared toward providing high quality therapy services to the EI children and families whom we serve.RequirementsRequirements:Masters with degree in communication disorders / SLP programCurrent State Speech Licensure or eligible for state provisional or limited licenseDriver's LicenseExcellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skillsGoal oriented approach with ability to utilize critical thinking and problem-solving skillsAbility to learn and utilize technologyResponsibilities:Provide Early Intervention speech and language services to children and their families in their home, daycare, community.Work closely with caregiversPrepare and submit daily session notes, progress notes, and other reports
