This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a customer-facing role, understands automotive service workflows, and can effectively communicate between customers and technicians in a fast-paced environment. Position SummaryThe Express Lube Advisor presents a friendly, professional greeting to customers and helps identify, confirm, and offer resolution to customer concerns. This role serves as the primary communicator between the customer and the technician, ensuring customer needs are clearly understood and that recommended services and repairs are communicated accurately and professionally.
