This role focuses on field inspection and oversight of construction activities, ensuring work is completed in accordance with project specifications, regulatory requirements, and quality standards.You will be on-site working closely with contractors, engineers, and project teams to monitor progress, verify installations, and support the successful delivery of critical water infrastructure systems. This position is ideal for someone with hands-on experience in water or wastewater projects and strong field coordination skills.What You'll DoConduct daily field inspections across water and wastewater construction activities, including civil and utility workMonitor contractor operations to ensure compliance with project plans, specifications, safety standards, and applicable regulationsObserve installation of systems such as piping, valves, and related infrastructure to confirm proper methods and materialsDocument field activities, track deficiencies, and provide clear updates on progress and site conditionsCoordinate with engineers, project managers, and contractors to resolve field issues and maintain project flowSupport testing, startup, and commissioning activities as neededMaintain accurate inspection reports, logs, and project documentationPromote adherence to safety requirements and support a safe jobsite environmentQualificationsExperience inspecting water or wastewater infrastructure projects requiredGeneral understanding of construction methods related to utilities, piping systems, and treatment facilitiesAbility to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and contract documentsExperience with field inspection procedures, quality assurance processes, and construction documentationFamiliarity with Oracle Unifier or similar project management systems is a plusOSHA training or other safety certifications preferredStrong communication skills and ability to work effectively with contractors and project teamsJoin us as we redefine excellence in engineering and construction management, shaping tomorrow's infrastructure landscape with innovation and precision. The total compensation, including salary and bonuses, is determined by various factors such as experience, skill level, location, and qualifications, which are evaluated during the interview process
