A well established practice is looking for a board certified/board eligible internal medicine, family medicine or geriatrics trained physician to join our growing Geriatrics program. Seeking a physician to provide rounding in Skilled Nursing Facilities on a per diem basis in the central CT area. The incoming candidate must have an unrestricted State of CT Medical License (or eligible), and a willingness to work closely and collaboratively within an interdisciplinary team.
