The role will focus on acquiring new partners, building relationships with agencies and technology partners, and developing Tidio’s presence across key industry events and conferences in North America.This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys building from scratch and wants to directly influence how partnerships grow in the regionAs a Partnership Manager, you’ll:Build and grow a revenue-generating portfolio of agency, affiliate, and solution partnersSource and generate new partnership opportunities via marketplaces, ecosystem listings (e.g., Zendesk, Shopify), outbound outreach, and conferencesRepresent Tidio at industry eventsOwn partner onboarding and activationBuild and deepen long-term partner relationships to drive retention and growthTrack partner performance, referrals, and milestone bonusesMaintain CRM hygiene and provide regular reporting on partner pipeline and revenue contributionCoordinate with Finance to validate payouts and ensure accurate commission processingRequirements2+ years of experience in B2B SaaS partnerships,Experience with the Shopify ecosystemStrong outbound prospecting skills and experience sourcing new partners from scratchAbility to run commercial discovery calls and persuasive sales presentationsExperience working against revenue targets and managing partner pipelinePrevious experience in representing the company at industry events, conferences, or fairsUnderstanding of SaaS metrics (MRR, churn, LTV) and partner performance trackingWe would like to offer you:Remote work model with flexible hoursB2B contract (independent contractor)26 days off guaranteed in a yearGreat development opportunities – company-supported courses and conferencesIndividual work tools—MacBook Pro, Dell screen, JBL headphones?
