As we continue to grow, we are seeking an experienced and motivated *Lead HVAC Installer* to join our team.*Position Summary:* The Lead HVAC Installer will oversee residential and/or commercial installation projects, ensuring systems are installed to the highest standards of safety, efficiency, and customer satisfaction. Sign-on bonus!**Lead installation projects for HVAC systems, including furnaces, heat pumps, air conditioners, ductwork, and related equipment.Review job plans, blueprints, and specifications before starting projects.Ensure compliance with all safety standards, codes, and company policies.Perform system start-ups, testing, and customer walkthroughs.Communicate clearly with customers and project managers about progress, challenges, and solutions.Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.*3+ years of HVAC installation residential experience.Valid HVAC license/certification.Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, tools, and industry best practices.Job Type: Full-timeDental insurance* Health insurance*
