They are rapidly growing and valued throughout the industry for their durability, quality, and modern innovation.Job DescriptionThe Design Engineer will:Lead the design and development of new products and improvements to existing ones.Create and review SolidWorks models and drawings with proper GD&T and tolerance analysis.Perform advanced engineering analyses (FEA, motion, CFD, heat transfer) and review results from other engineers.Manage engineering changes, assemblies, and BOMs within the PLM system.Develop test plans, coordinate testing, analyze data, and ensure accurate reporting.Support DFM, collaborate with manufacturing and suppliers, and assess inspection data.Contribute to IP development, process improvements, and 5S activities.Follow all safety, ISO, and proper handling procedures.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
