Automotive Service Representative

This position serves as the main contact person at the automotive service counter managing phone calls, scheduling and direct communications with customers. JOB DUTIES - Manage incoming/outgoing phone calls. - Schedule appointments. - Assist with estimates and parts when necessary. - Communicate effectively with customers: - make phone calls to customers as needed for work authorization - make arrangements for customer transportation - provide assistance in resolving any issues and answering inquiries. - Assist in writing work orders and proofreading completed invoices. - Maintain office supplies as needed - Assist General Manager as needed and inform supervisor of concerns. QUALIFICATIONS - One year of customer experience required - Driver's license required HOURS & PAY - full-time, 40 hours per week - $16 + depending on experience This employer has asked WorkSource Oregon to perform first round interviews.
