Job Description Material Handler - Direct hire!Pay: $22.50/hour / direct-hireDay shift, Monday to Friday, 7am-4pm or 8am-5pm and some SaturdaysLocation: Eagle Mountain, UTMust be tech savvy / computer literateDrug and ba ckground checkJob DescriptionWe are seeking two Material Handlers, to perform tasks of material handling within a warehouse environment that supports a Facebook database in Eagle Mountain, UTResponsibilitiesPerform work in a traditional warehousing environment, picking parts according to customer orders.Read customer orders, work orders, shipping orders, or documents to determine items to be gathered, distributed, and/or shipped.Move items from bulk containers or racks, shelves, or bins according to a predetermined sequence such as size, type, style, color, or product code.Assist in counting and accurately tracking materials or items received or distributed, and help with the physical counting of inventory.Maintain inventory control and accurate records.Ensure accurate and timely shipments and receipts.Organize facility, warehouse, and/or work area for orderliness at all times (5S).Work a schedule deemed necessary to meet production goals and Key Performance Indicators, which may fluctuate based on business needs.Unload, depalletize, and transport server racks to designated locations.Receive, check, and book in deliveries.Perform picking and dispatching related activities.Unbox and re-box items.Assist with receipt and task queries.Essential SkillsMust be tech savvy and computer literateExperience in material handling.Proficiency in packing and general labor tasks.Experience with RF scanners.Knowledge of packaging and shipping processes.Ability to operate a sit-down forklift and pallet jack.Familiarity with picking and shipping/receiving operations.Candidate must be willing to submit to a drug and ba ckground checkMust be able to communicate in EnglishSHIFTAbility to work Monday to Friday, 7am-4pm or 8am-5pm and some SaturdaysWork EnvironmentWork in a large data center and warehouse environment with significant walking throughout the shift.
