What You'll Do
The Team Member's is responsible for delivering a welcoming and efficient guest experience. This role includes greeting guests, taking and fulfilling orders, handling transactions accurately, and maintaining a clean and organized service area.
Key Responsibilities
Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
Take food and beverage orders and accurately enter them into the POS system
Prepare and/or assemble orders according to brand standards (if applicable)
Process cash and credit card transactions, ensuring accuracy and proper change
Maintain cleanliness and organization of counters, service stations, and condiment areas
Assist with opening and closing duties, including station setup and breakdown
Follow all company cash handling procedures, including securing the cash drawer
Uphold company food safety and sanitation standards at all times
Provide prompt, courteous service and address guest questions or concerns
Support team members as needed to ensure smooth operations
Perform other duties as assigned by management
What We're Looking For
Must be at least 18 years of age
High school diploma or GED preferred
Minimum of 3 months of customer service or food service experience preferred
Basic math skills and ability to handle cash transactions accurately
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Must maintain a valid, unexpired Food Handler's Card (as required by local regulations)
Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
