Job Description Job Summary Performs entry-level engineering tasks under supervision, supporting the design, development, testing, installation, integration, and maintenance of electronic, mechanical, and software systems. Contributes to flight test operations, technical analysis, and engineering projects to ensure systems meet performance and mission requirements.Essential Duties & Responsibilities Supports engineering teams in design, development, and testing activitiesAssists in flight test operations, including planning, execution, and analysisDevelops and contributes to test strategies and technical documentationPerforms data analysis and prepares reports, presentations, and technical papersEvaluates system performance and recommends improvements or correctionsParticipates in system installation, integration, and operational supportCollaborates with engineers, program teams, and external stakeholdersSupports validation, verification, and troubleshooting of systemsEnsures compliance with engineering standards, procedures, and requirementsMaintains project progress updates and communicates technical findingsMinimum Requirements Bachelor's degree in Engineering (ABET-accredited preferred)Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skillsKnowledge of engineering principles, systems, and toolsAbility to prepare technical reports and presentationsProficiency with computer systems and engineering softwareAbility to obtain and maintain security clearanceStrong organizational and teamwork skills
