Job Description:84.51 seeks a recruiting coordinator to assist with fall university recruiting.ResponsibilitiesOrganizing interviews (phone, campus and final round interviews ) with candidates via Outlook and Greenhouse applicant tracking systemManaging candidate pipeline using the Greenhouse applicant tracking system and Microsoft Excel spreadsheetsAssisting with the hiring and on-boarding process for University Programs, including but not limited to creating offer letters, maintaining pre-employment screenings, and partnering with Recruiting Operations and HR Operations on hiring into the HRIS, Workday.Collaborating and assisting University Team Leads with planning and execution of campus events as neededRequired experience:Prior experience supporting recruiting operations to include interview scheduling and coordinationStrong interpersonal and communication skillsAbility to work in a collaborative environmentExcellent attention to detailKey Responsibilities:Organizing interviews (phone, campus and final round interviews ) with candidates via Outlook and Greenhouse applicant tracking systemManaging candidate pipeline using the Greenhouse applicant tracking system and Microsoft Excel spreadsheetsAssisting with the hiring and on-boarding process for University Programs, including but not limited to creating offer letters, maintaining pre-employment screenings, and partnering with Recruiting Operations and HR Operations on hiring into the HRIS, Workday.Collaborating and assisting University Team Leads with planning and execution of campus events as needed
