Industrial Engineer

Education: Masters degree OR Bachelor degree in Engineering & 2 years of Engineering experience Bachelor Degree in Industrial Engineering Computer proficiency (Excel, Minitab, Visio, MS Project, PowerPoint, Word, etc.). Experience with OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness) indicator a plus. Attributes (i.e. - preferred qualifications): Demonstrated experience in Lean Manufacturing, and/or Six Sigma concepts, methodologies, and tools Previous experience in effectively using the OEE indicator for continuous improvements. Self-starter – highly motivated individual that can work under minimal supervision Communication (both written and verbal), facilitation, and presentation skills in Spanish and English Project management skills with a proven record of creating and leading cross-functional teams from project development to the closure stage Experience working with long and short-term strategic capacity planning, labor models, and new product introduction capacity assessments Job Type: Contract Pay: $34.00 - $38.00 per hour Schedule: 8 hour shift Day shift Monday to Friday Overtime Work Location: In person
