OutcomesSuccess in this role results in:A stronger talent engine by enabling leaders to make strong hiring decisions across all business units.Timely hiring across production and salaried roles, ensuring operational continuity and business growth.Reduced external recruiting agency spend through stronger internal sourcing and proactive talent pipelines.A stronger employer brand and candidate experience, positioning the organization as a competitive destination for talent.Consistent and disciplined hiring practices across all business units through the standardized M2S hiring framework.Clear recruiting insights and reporting through effective use of the UKG Applicant Tracking System.How Success Is AchievedLead enterprise recruiting execution across all business units, aligning hiring priorities with business needs.Partner with HR Business Partners and leaders to support effective hiring decisions and strong candidate-role alignment.Ensure disciplined execution of the M2S hiring framework through structured intake, evaluation, and selection.Strengthen employer brand visibility through targeted outreach, networking, and university partnerships.Ensure effective use of the UKG ATS, maintaining strong data integrity, workflows, and recruiting analytics.Lead and develop the Talent Acquisition team, reinforcing accountability, capability, and continuous improvement.QualificationsRequiredBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field6+ years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitingExperience leading recruiting across multiple functions or business unitsExperience recruiting for production, skilled trades, or manufacturing rolesStrong ability to partner with business leaders to deliver hiring outcomesExperience using applicant tracking systems and recruiting analyticsPreferredExperience leading or building a talent acquisition functionExperience optimizing applicant tracking systems (UKG preferred)Experience supporting recruiting in manufacturing or industrial environments
