You will be responsible for performing a wide range of repair, maintenance, and installation tasks across commercial properties. This role ensures that facilities remain safe, functional, and visually well-maintained by addressing work orders efficiently and delivering high quality workmanship. Responsibilities include general repairs, preventative maintenance, troubleshooting building systems and coordinating with Store Mangers and Project Managers accordingly. Ensure you read the information regarding this opportunity thoroughly before making an application.Responsibilities Conduct routine maintenance on equipment and systems such as HVAC units, plumbing fixtures, and electrical wiring to make sure they’re operating efficiently and make any needed repairsInspect the building for any structural damage to windows, doors, and walls and perform necessary repairsReviewing, prioritizing, and completing assigned work orders within required timeframes (including NTE limits)Perform on-site assessments to diagnose issues and determine repair solutionsComplete general repairs including drywall, painting, minor carpentry, flooring, and fixture replacement. xaygatp QualificationsHigh school diploma/GED or equivalentAt least 2 years of maintenance experienceKnowledge of heating and air conditioning units, plumbing systems, and electrical systemsAdvanced understanding of maintenance equipment, procedures, and techniquesSome overnight may be requiredExcellent work ethic, communication skills, time management skills, and attention to detail
