Part-Time Inside Sales Rep — Open and Manage Retail Accounts Across the Country Thread Wallets · Provo, UT · In-office · 20–30 hrs/week · $15/hr + 5% commission, uncapped We make everyday carry accessories — wallets, bags, and accessories — and you can find us in Target, REI, Tilly's, and over two thousand independent shops across the country. Thread is a chameleon. There are thousands of store out there we want to expand into. Surf shops. Ski shops. Boutiques. Campus stores. Gift shops. We want them all, and we're hiring someone to go get them. Here's the part that makes this different from every other sales job on this site: We built our own tool — we call it Keystone — that finds the right stores, pulls the right contact, and lets you run outreach and promotions at real volume. The system is built. We need someone hungry enough to run it hard. WHAT YOU'LL DO - Build prospect lists of specialty retailers in Keystone - Run outbound email campaigns and promos to those stores - Work the replies — answer questions, send linesheets, close the first order - Pick up the phone when email stalls out - Onboard new accounts and make sure that first order ships clean - Go get the reorder - Keep your pipeline organized and report on what's working WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR - You're fast with software. New tool, no manual, figured out by lunch. - You write a good email. Clear, short, sounds like a person. - You'll actually pick up the phone. This is the big one. - You're organized. You can run a lot of conversations at once without dropping any. - You're competitive and you want the number to go up. - You can be in our [CITY] office on a consistent schedule each week. No sales experience required. Seriously. We'll teach you the product, the pricing, and the tool. We're hiring for hunger and horsepower, not a resume. If you've worked retail, worked a phone, run a side hustle, or just have a track record of outworking people — we want to talk. THE MONEY $15/hour base, plus 5% commission on every order you bring in. Uncapped. No cap, no ceiling, no "well, at some point we'll revisit it." Open a lot of accounts and this pays like nothing else you can do part-time. That's the whole point of the structure — the base keeps the lights on, the commission is where you actually win. THE SCHEDULE 20–30 hours a week, in Thread HQ. We'll flex around class schedules — students, this works.
