Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Manufacturing Mechanic based in Okeechobee, FL. The Manufacturing Mechanic will perform routine maintenance and repair on equipment, conduct preventive maintenance to ensure optimal performance, troubleshoot and resolve equipment issues, and operate heavy machinery as needed. Additional responsibilities include collaborating with team members to identify and resolve production challenges while maintaining a safe and efficient work environment. Qualifications Experience with Maintenance, Preventive Maintenance, and Maintenance & Repair proceduresProficiency in handling and maintaining Heavy EquipmentStrong Troubleshooting skills to identify and resolve mechanical and operational issuesAbility to interpret technical manuals and schematicsStrong attention to detail and commitment to safety standardsHigh school diploma or equivalent; relevant technical certifications are preferredPrevious experience in manufacturing or industrial environments is a plusAbility to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
