Senior Project Manager, Map Production - Autonomous Vehicles

An idea candidate should demonstrate strong project management experience with 2+ years in the mapping field, a solid understanding of SDLC and agile process, and extensive experience and willingness in working with remote team.What you'll be doing:Understand each stage of end-to-end HD map production processMonitor efficiency of end-to-end HD map production to ensure timely deliveriesIdentify blockers and bottlenecks, and work with various teams to resolve the issues in a timely mannerPropose mapping quality/efficiency improvements, and ensure they are implemented according to prioritiesReport HD map production status on a regular basisWhat we need to see:Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field or equivalent experienceGIS background a great plus5+ years of experience in project management work, with over two years dedicated to the mapping sectorStrong grasp of the software development life cycle and agile methodologyExtensive experience working with remote teamStrong desire to improve the status quoA self-starter that requires minimal supervisionGreat team player with excellent communication skillsWays to stand out from the crowd:Relevant experience in HD mappingSteadfast drive to improve upon the current situationYour base salary will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions.
