Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Springfield, GA, for a Quality Control Inspector. The Quality Control Inspector will be responsible for inspecting products, identifying defects, ensuring adherence to quality standards, and reporting findings to relevant teams. Duties include performing routine and detailed quality checks, maintaining accurate inspection records, working closely with the production team to address discrepancies, and supporting process improvement initiatives to enhance overall product quality. Qualifications Proficiency in quality inspection, defect identification, and documentationExperience with quality control procedures, tools, and measurement techniquesBasic knowledge of manufacturing processes and industry quality standardsStrong attention to detail and ability to follow established protocolsAnalytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify root causesEffective communication skills to collaborate with team members and report findingsProficiency with digital tools such as Microsoft Office and relevant QC softwarePursuant of safety standards and protocols in manufacturing settingsHigh school diploma or equivalent required; technical certifications or relevant coursework preferredPrevious experience in quality control, logistics, or manufacturing is a plus
