Middle School Learning Coach

A company is looking for a Middle School Learning Coach for a remote, full-time position starting in August 2026. Key Responsibilities Serve as a mentor and advisor to a cohort of approximately 23 middle school learners Facilitate engaging live discussions, workshops, and enrichment activities Provide feedback on projects and writing, and maintain regular communication with families Required Qualifications, Training, and Education Experience working with middle school students (6th-8th grade preferred) Understanding of alternative education models and personalized learning Strong organizational and multitasking skills Comfortable with virtual collaboration in a distributed team environment Ability to build positive relationships and provide mentorship
