The selected candidate will join our Information Services team and have an important role in supporting our mission of Strategic Deterrence through continual improvement and innovation. The position interacts directly with the customer and BAE Systems senior managers, offering support across the spectrum of program acquisition, sustainment, integration, scheduling baseline control, analysis, and reporting. The position will have the following duties and responsibilities:Track and assess program status, technical performance, contract performance, schedule, and riskServe as the lead of selected technical project(s) and act as a liaison between the customer and internal scheduling teamProvide status of projects, manage schedules and prepare status reportsAssess issues and develop resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and client-satisfaction goals and objectivesProvide technical and analytical guidance to project teamEstablish and maintain multiple project schedules using Microsoft Project and Oracle Primavera P6 softwareEnsure all schedules are fully compliant with industry standards, DOW schedule policies, the National Defense Industrial Association’s Planning and Schedule Excellence Guide (PASEG), Earned Value Management Systems (EVMS) requirements, and DCMA 14-Point AssessmentReview and analyze contractor schedules for compliance with DoW requirements and import into Primavera to integrate with Acquisition schedulesDevelop, review and analyze Government schedules, including duration, relationships, constraints, and critical pathIdentify schedule risks and opportunitiesReview and recommend schedule work-around and recovery plansPerform schedule analysis and identify trends using schedule metrics, such as BEI and SPICoordinate inputs from various disciplines and functions to consolidate into the project master schedule and ensure accurate reportingLead scheduling status reviews with customers and mission partnersPrepare summary level and detailed schedules for briefingsPreferred experience in preparation of reports, inclusive impacts, logic changes, float and delaysBuild collaborative internal relationships with program teams as well as external relationships with customers, other agencies, and business partnersWork with IMS stakeholders to ensure scheduling best practices are implemented across the ICBM System Directorate and interface regularly with government counterparts to comply with evolving support requirements and mission objectivesOther duties as assignedWhat’s In It For YouCompetitive wagesMedicalDental401kPaid time offWork/life balanceCareer developmentTuition reimbursementMentorship opportunitiesRewards & recognitionWork LocationThis position will primarily perform these activities in or around Hill AFB, UT.Travel
