Inventory Specialist

Inventory Specialist Hire Up Staffing is seeking an experienced Inventory Specialist to support our client in maintaining accurate inventory levels, optimizing workflow between departments, and ensuring timely fulfillment of internal and external inventory needs. This role plays a key part in operational excellence by managing inventory processes, supporting continuous improvement initiatives, and helping deliver a seamless experience to customers and internal teams. Pay- $19 Location- Houston, TexasKey Responsibilities: Conduct routine inventory cycle counts in alignment with company standards and procedures.Receive, verify, and enter incoming product information into the NetSuite ERP system.Maintain organized and accurate inventory documentation.Collaborate closely with Engineering, Manufacturing, Customer Service, Quality, and leadership teams to communicate inventory needs, status updates, and fulfillment timelines.Support process improvement and quality initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.Manage all inventory transactions and updates within the NetSuite ERP platform.Package and ship products to replenish internal and field inventory, including processing sales orders, transfer orders, and sales representative requests.Complete weekly restock orders and reconcile all outbound and inbound inventory activity.Prepare, ship, and reconcile loaner equipment as needed.Clean and disinfect returned inventory following company cleanliness and safety standards.Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required.Previous experience in inventory fulfillment, warehouse operations, or related roles preferred.Experience with inventory management systems; NetSuite ERP strongly preferred.Ability to lift, tug, or pull up to 50 pounds.Comfortable working at a computer for extended periods.Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.
