Application Support Engineer
Key Responsibilities:Technical support and maintenance of payment and depository system projects;System configuration, setup, and installation;Troubleshooting and incident resolution through analysis of application and system software logs (Oracle DBMS, Windows, Linux, UNIX);Preparation of software delivery packages (releases, release notes, RPM);Updating and writing software installation documentation;Collaboration with QA, analytics, and development teams;Active participation in the rollout of new systems across all stages (installation, training, testing).Candidate Requirements:Experience and Knowledge:Experience in customer support of business applications: working with service desk, understanding of ITIL, task prioritization;Experience in the banking sector — a plus;Understanding of the securities market and its core concepts (familiarity with the relevant English terminology is an additional advantage) — a plus.Hard Skills:Knowledge of computer networking fundamentals;Experience working with various operating systems: Windows Server, Linux (RHEL, CentOS, Oracle Linux);Hands-on administration experience with Windows Server, Linux, and Solaris;Experience with cluster solutions based on standard OS (Windows, Linux, Solaris); experience in configuring and/or installing clusters is desirable;Proficiency in scripting languages (Bash, Batch, PowerShell);Experience installing, configuring, and administering Oracle Database (12c and above);Experience with data replication tools (Oracle Data Guard, Oracle GoldenGate) is desirable;Experience with Oracle RAC is desirable;Experience with the following tools is a plus: Jira, Confluence, SVN, Git, VMware, PL/SQL Developer, and others.Languages:French — mandatory, Upper-Intermediate (B2) or higher;English — Intermediate (B1) or higher;Russian — working proficiency.What We Offer:Fully remote work from anywhere in the world;Flexible working hours;New corporate equipment;Employee referral program;Continuous development of professional and personal skills;Clear and fast onboarding with a dedicated mentor.
