Role Description As a Project Manager at McCoy Roofing, you will oversee roofing and siding projects, ensuring they stay on schedule and within budget while maintaining the company’s gold-standard quality. Key responsibilities include project planning, team coordination, managing logistics, conducting inspections, and expediting workflows. You will serve as a primary point of contact between clients and teams while upholding excellent customer service. This is a full-time, hybrid role based in the Lincoln, Nebraska Metropolitan Area, with opportunities for remote work as needed. Qualifications Proficiency in Project Management, including planning, scheduling, and overseeing project executionExperience in Expediting and working as an Expeditor to ensure timely and effective progressStrong Inspection and quality control skills, ensuring that completed projects meet both company and client expectationsExpertise in Logistics Management, facilitating smooth and efficient coordination of materials, resources, and operationsExcellent organizational, problem-solving, and leadership abilitiesStrong communication and client relationship management skillsFamiliarity with roofing and siding materials and processes is a plusRelevant certifications or training in project management, logistics, or construction management are advantageous
