Thermal Engineer
Who You Are (Requirements):Bachelor’s degree or college diploma in Mechanical Engineering or a related engineering discipline. Relevant industry, internship, project, or equivalent hands-on academic experience is preferred.Hands-on experience with thermal testing, temperature measurement, and data collection.Experience on setting up and validating liquid-cooling test systems is a plus.Good understanding of mechanical material properties, particularly metals, thermal interface materials (TIMs), and EMI gasket materials.Fundamental knowledge of reliability testing and laboratory measurement equipment, including data loggers, temperature sensors, environmental chambers, and acoustic test equipment.Highly self-motivated, possessing a strong sense of ownership, effective written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to collaborate successfully in a diverse, cross-functional team environment.
