Home Health Aide Perform simple procedures as an extension of therapy services under the direction of the office.Assist clients with range of motion (ROM) exercises.Assist clients with ambulation or exercises.Perform personal care activities, including but not limited to:Bathing, hair care, skin care, nail care, and oral hygieneShavingDressingPerform household services essential to health care at home, including but not limited to:Meal preparation and feedingLaundryLight housekeepingMedication RemindersReport any observed or reported changes in the client's condition to the Healthy at Home Caregivers Office.Follow all reporting guidelines, including but not limited to:Any guidelines outlined in the client's Care PlanState required reporting of suspected elder abuseDocument provided care and completed the necessary forms for the client's records, including but not limited to:Care ProvidedVA Timesheets
