Technical Project Manager

Seneca Resources is seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager to lead and oversee enterprise-level technology initiatives within a fast-paced healthcare environment. This role is ideal for a highly organized and collaborative project management professional who excels at driving cross-functional projects, managing stakeholder relationships, and delivering technology solutions on time and within scope.The Technical Project Manager will oversee multiple concurrent projects, coordinate with technical and business teams, manage project financials, and ensure successful execution of key organizational initiatives. This position requires strong communication skills, proven leadership experience, and the ability to navigate complex technical projects while building strong business partnerships across departments.This is a remote opportunity with the potential to convert to a full-time permanent role.Key Responsibilities:Lead end-to-end project lifecycle management for multiple technology initiativesDefine project scope, timelines, budgets, deliverables, and resource requirementsDrive project execution while ensuring alignment with business goals and organizational prioritiesManage project accounting activities, including invoice tracking, budget oversight, and financial reportingBuild and maintain strong relationships with business stakeholders, technical teams, and external partnersFacilitate project meetings, status updates, and stakeholder communicationsIdentify and mitigate project risks, dependencies, and roadblocksCoordinate cross-functional teams to ensure timely project deliverySupport organizational change management and implementation activitiesMonitor project performance metrics and ensure adherence to quality standardsUtilize ServiceNow for project tracking, workflow management, and reportingCollaborate with internal business units to support enterprise technology initiativesRequired Skills/Education:Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business, Healthcare Administration, or a related field3–5+ years of hands-on technical project management experiencePMP Certification requiredStrong experience managing full project lifecycle and enterprise technology implementationsExperience with project accounting, budgeting, and financial trackingProven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a dynamic environmentExcellent communication, stakeholder management, and business partnership skillsStrong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilitiesExperience using ServiceNow requiredExperience with PeopleSoft is a plusExperience managing technical projects in a healthcare environment preferredAbility to work independently and collaborate effectively across technical and business teamsProficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and project management toolsPreferred Qualifications:Experience supporting healthcare IT or clinical technology initiativesAgile or Scrum certificationExperience working within PMO environmentsStrong change management and process improvement experienceAbout Seneca Resources:At Seneca Resources, we are more than just a staffing and consulting firm — we are a trusted career partner.
