Duties and Responsibilities: Manage product liability and mass tort cases from discovery through expert preparation, motion practice, and trial/MDL coordination. Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and settlement demands in complex multidistrict litigation. Conduct depositions, prepare technical experts, and participate in court hearings and mediations. Advise clients on risk mitigation, regulatory compliance, and strategic litigation positioning. Core Requirements (Flexibility for Exceptional Candidates): JD and active bar admission in at least one jurisdiction. 3–7+ years of product liability, mass torts, or complex civil litigation experience. Strong technical aptitude, writing, and advocacy skills.
