Senior FP&A Analyst

Anytime Mailbox is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst who thrives in a high-growth, recurring revenue marketplace environment. This role is not just about reporting numbers — it's about understanding the economics of our subscription platform, protecting gross margin, and helping scale a two-sided marketplace of customers and operators.RequirementsLead the month-end reporting package integrating GAAP financials with key SaaS and marketplace metrics (ARR, MRR, Churn, NRR, ARPU)Reconcile Revenue and Operator Fees to ensure accurate reportingMaintain dashboards tracking subscription health, cohort behavior, and margin trendsMonitor subscription revenue recognition across plans, locations, and servicesAnalyze Operator Fees as Cost of Revenue to protect and scale Gross MarginTrack CAC, LTV, payback period, and contribution margin by acquisition channel and operator typeBuild renewal cohort models to monitor retention, expansion, and churn driversSupport budget vs. actual analysis with clear variance commentaryLead rolling forecasts and support annual budgeting processDraft the monthly and quarterly financial review packages board meetingsProvide adhoc reporting as business needs ariseLocation & Work ScheduleWe are a remote-first organization with global team and a high-performance culture. While we offer flexibility, this role requires availability during PST business hours to support collaboration and reporting cycles.QualificationsEducation and ExperienceBachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related quantitative field (MBA or CPA a plus)3-5+ years in FP&A, preferably within SaaS, subscription-based, or marketplace business modelsTechnical SkillsAdvanced Excel / Google Sheets modeling skills; experience with NetSuite or similar ERP; familiarity with Salesforce and FP&A platforms (Adaptive, Mosaic, Vena, etc.) preferredCore CompetenciesAnalytical Rigor: Identify root causes behind variances and margin movementCommunication: Clearly explain financial concepts (e.g., deferred revenue, operator fee impacts) to non-finance stakeholdersScalability Mindset: Build processes and models that support 10x growthThe Anytime ImpactWe operate at the intersection of SaaS, marketplace dynamics, and regulated mail operations.
