This position will also be required help with holiday coverage at Alex’s Place and occasionally helps cover open weekend shifts as well.About The JobSeasons is a comprehensive behavioral health center offering a broad range of psychiatric and behavioral health services to communities in the Northwest Iowa region. We’re currently seeking a full-time Crisis Care Outreach and Quality Coordinator. This position will work with the crisis team to provide short-term crisis intervention to youth, families, and adults experiencing an emotional, behavioral, or psychiatric crisis both over the phone and face-to-face in the community. The Crisis Care Outreach and Quality Coordinator will also be the main point of contact to collaborate with community entities such as emergency departments, law enforcement, school districts, and clinics to provide crisis intervention services and partnership opportunities.
