Job DescriptionManage end-to-end project lifecycle for design-build construction projects, ensuring timely delivery and budget adherence.Collaborate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to align project objectives and specifications.Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans.Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and quality standards.Regularly communicate project progress, challenges, and solutions to stakeholders.Oversee procurement processes, including material selection and vendor negotiations.Monitor and manage project risks, implementing mitigation strategies as needed.Foster positive relationships with clients, ensuring their expectations are met or exceeded. The Successful Applicant A successful Commercial Project Manager:A background in construction management or a related field.Proven expertise in handling design-build construction projects within the commercial construction industry.Strong knowledge of project management tools and methodologies.Excellent communication and organizational skills.A results-driven mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving.Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
