Insurance Domain SME

We are seeking an experienced Insurance Domain Subject Matter Expert (SME) with strong expertise in Quality Assurance, complex policy endorsements, and governance processes within the insurance industry. The ideal candidate will provide domain guidance, review operational activities for quality and compliance, support process improvements, and ensure adherence to regulatory and organizational standards.Key ResponsibilitiesServe as the subject matter expert for insurance operations and policy administration.Review and validate complex policy endorsements and related documentation.Perform quality assurance reviews to ensure accuracy, compliance, and process adherence.Support governance, risk, and compliance initiatives across insurance operations.Identify process gaps and recommend improvements to enhance quality and efficiency.Collaborate with underwriting, policy servicing, and operations teams to resolve issues.Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and internal controls.Provide guidance, training, and support to operational teams.Required Skills & Qualifications5+ years of experience in the insurance industry, preferably in P&C or Commercial Insurance.Strong knowledge of insurance operations, policy administration, and endorsements.Experience in QA, quality review, auditing, or compliance functions.Understanding of governance, risk management, and regulatory requirements.Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.Ability to review complex insurance transactions with high attention to detail.Preferred SkillsExperience with commercial lines insurance.Knowledge of insurance regulations and compliance frameworks.Prior experience as an SME, reviewer, or governance specialist
