This role plays a key part in ensuring the seamless planning, activation, delivery, and measurement of digital and static media campaigns across Westfield’s U.S. shopping center portfolio.The ideal candidate is highly organized, collaborative, and solutions‑oriented, with the ability to adapt to evolving priorities and build strong partnerships across internal teams, vendor partners, and external clients. This individual will help drive operational excellence while upholding a high standard of client service throughout the campaign lifecycle.The ScopeServe as a primary resource for all pre‑ and post‑sales processes, supporting the planning, coordination, and delivery of digital and static media campaignsAssist in the development of sales pitches and proposals, providing pricing insights, inventory recommendations, and support for RFP responses and proposal submissionsManage the accurate entry and maintenance of proposals, campaign details, and related data within sales and inventory management systems and agency portalsCoordinate digital and static campaigns by sourcing, validating, and trafficking creative assets, ensuring all materials meet specifications and comply with Westfield brand guidelinesCollaborate with internal teams, clients, and vendor partners to facilitate campaign execution, including permitting, compliance, installation, and issue resolutionEnsure all campaigns launch on schedule, meet contractual obligations, and deliver an exceptional client experienceMonitor and analyze campaign performance, evaluating trends, audience metrics, and digital network KPIs to proactively identify issues and deliver actionable insightsComplete end-of-campaign tasks including proof of posting, contract compliance review, and post-campaign reporting and analysisCommunicate campaign status updates, inventory changes, occupancy shifts, and key highlights to internal and external stakeholdersServe as a liaison between Westfield Rise media sales, clients, internal URW departments, and vendor partners to gather and share information related to inventory, creative specifications, and campaign executionMaintain and update sales collateral, including inventory maps, creative specifications, and brand guidelinesSupport ad‑hoc project management, analysis, and reporting as requestedQualifications & SkillsBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field3–5 years of relevant experience in sales support, media planning or execution, sales operations, or account management within the advertising or retail industryStrong organizational and multitasking abilities, with the capacity to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment under tight deadlinesExcellent written, verbal, and presentation skills, with confidence in client‑facing interactionsAnalytical mindset with the ability to interpret campaign performance data and translate insights into actionable recommendationsProficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and Word; Salesforce experience preferredGoal‑oriented and proactive, with a strong commitment to delivering exceptional client service and building trusted internal and external relationshipsCompensation$75,000 – $95,000 + Discretionary Annual BonusWhat Is Important To UsUnibail-Rodamco-Westfield (URW) is driven by an entrepreneurial foundation of talented and ambitious employees who embrace change, strive for innovation, and know when to venture into uncharted terrain.
