Learn THE OPPORTUNITYWe're looking for a Senior FP&A Analyst who is equal parts financial analyst and data innovator. This is a high-visibility, individual contributor role on a lean team where your models will inform executive decisions, your forecasts will shape capital allocation, and your analytical tools will help define how this company measures and manages performance for years to come.If you're energized by building things — better models, smarter dashboards, faster workflows — and want to do it at a company with iconic brands and real momentum, this is the role.WHAT YOU'LL DOFinancial Planning & ForecastingLead development and maintenance of financial models supporting rolling forecasts, board and lender presentations, and long-range planningDrive monthly and quarterly reporting packages with variance analysis and forward-looking management commentaryDevelop and maintain KPI frameworks that drive accountability across the businessAI & Advanced AnalyticsImplement and maintain AI-assisted solutions — predictive modeling, NLP dashboards, ML-driven scenario tools — to deepen reporting and accelerate decision supportIntroduce automation into core FP&A workflows (variance analysis, consolidations, KPI tracking) via Power BI, Tableau, Python, or equivalent platformsPartner with data science and IT to ensure model outputs are grounded in clean, reliable data infrastructureBusiness Partnership & StrategyServe as an analytical partner to business leaders, translating financial data into clear, actionable strategyProvide financial perspective on key initiatives, operational priorities, and capital investmentsPresent complex findings to senior leadership with clarity and convictionProcess & InfrastructureHelp build the FP&A function from the ground up as Composition Brands establishes its independent finance infrastructureChampion continuous improvement in financial processes, systems, and governanceSupport alignment with global finance counterparts as the business continues to evolveWHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR5–8+ years in FP&A or corporate finance, with experience in enterprise-level financial environmentsDemonstrated proficiency with AI/ML tools, data visualization platforms, or automation scripting (Python, SQL, Power BI, Tableau)Strong financial modeling fundamentals — forecasting, scenario analysis, variance analysis, and driver-based planningExperience with ERP/EPM systems (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, OneStream) and integrating data into analytics frameworksFamiliarity with cloud data environments (Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud) a plusExcellent communication skills — able to build a model and present it to the CFOA builder's mindset: comfortable with ambiguity, energized by creating structure where none yet existsEducation: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Data Analytics requiredWHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKEIn your first 6–12 months, you will have modernized our FP&A processes with AI-assisted forecasting tools, measurably reduced manual processing time, and delivered analyses that directly shaped strategic and operational decisions.WHAT WE OFFERCompetitive base salary and annual incentive bonusHigh-visibility role with direct access to senior leadershipThe experience of building a finance function at an iconic, brand-driven companyRemote flexibility — Atlanta or South Florida basedComposition Brands is an Equal Employment Opportunity (EOE/M/F/Vets/Disabled) employer and welcomes all qualified applicants.
