Who We AreSimple Wealth Academy is a fast-growing military finance and real estate education brand founded byNavy veteran Josh Villareal. We teach active-duty service members and veterans how to build wealththrough VA loans and real estate investing. Our YouTube channel is a core part of that mission — andwe need someone sharp to help us run it like a machine.We produce both long-form educational content and short-form clips. The work culture is chill, butoutput and reliability need to be elite.What You'll Own• Manage the weekly production calendar for 2 long-form and 2–5 short-form videos per week• Set up and track all projects in ClickUp with clear tasks, owners, and deadlines• Create and maintain an "Edit Brief" for every video (scope, style, tier, references)• Coordinate with editors on delivery, revisions, and final exports• Give first-round review notes within 24 hours; Josh does final approval• Keep all assets organized in Frame.io• Enforce SOPs and improve them over time• Catch obvious quality issues before final review (audio levels, captions, missing b-roll, sloppyexports)• Communicate proactively — no surprisesTools We Use• ClickUp (task management)• Frame.io (assets + reviews)• Slack (team coordination)• Premiere Pro / After Effects (editors)• Motion Array, Epidemic Sound (b-roll / motion graphics)Requirements (Non-Negotiable)• Based in Indonesia• Strong written English and professional communication• Proven experience managing video production or YouTube workflows• Extreme reliability — you hit deadlines and hold others to them• Must be available during PST business hours• You understand editing well enough to speak the language: pacing, captions, sound design, b-roll,motion graphicsNice to Haves• Experience managing long-form educational or finance YouTube content• Ability to read basic YouTube analytics (AVD, retention) and turn insights into processimprovements• Experience managing remote editors in Southeast AsiaHours & Schedule• Fully remote• Must be available during PST business hours• Respond within 12 hours on weekdays• 15–25 hours/week to start (can grow if you crush it)• Weekly meetings scheduled during PST hoursCompensation• $500–$1,000 USD/month depending on experience and output speed• Starts with a paid 1-month trial to confirm fit• Looking for long-term — not temporaryHow to ApplyPut "333" at the top of your application so we know you read this fully.
