Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP / SLP-CF) Boston, MAFull-Time | School-Based7:30 AM - 2:30 PM | 4 Days per WeekSchool Setting - Grades K-4Elementary Students - Grades K-4About the RoleOur client is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP / SLP-Clinical Fellow) to support elementary students from diverse and multicultural backgrounds. This role focuses on providing assessment, consultation, and direct therapy services to students with educationally significant communication needs, ensuring equitable access to academic instruction and social development.Key ResponsibilitiesScreening, Assessment & ConsultationServe as part of the school-based support and wellness teamConduct screenings, evaluations, and re-evaluationsAdminister formal and informal assessmentsMaintain organized documentation and student dataPrepare evaluation reports and explain results clearly to familiesEnsure compliance with a 45-day evaluation timelineTherapy & IEP ServicesProvide individual and group therapy sessions as outlined in IEPsDevelop measurable and student-centered IEP goals and objectivesParticipate in IEP meetings and annual reviewsPrepare progress reports every 9 weeksCollaboration & Family EngagementCollaborate with teachers and school staff to support inclusive classroom practicesProvide classroom observations, consultation, and staff educationMaintain positive and supportive relationships with families and caregiversProfessional Development & ComplianceStay current with federal and state regulationsMaintain licensure and certificationsParticipate in professional development activities QualificationsMaster's degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders or related fieldMust hold Massachusetts DESE licensure as SLP or SLP-Clinical Fellow (CF)Current Massachusetts State License to practice as a Speech-Language PathologistCCC-SLP preferred (not required for CF candidates)Minimum 2 years of experience preferred (strong CF candidates encouraged to apply)Prior school-based or pediatric clinical experience preferredStrong organizational, communication, and teamwork skillsProficiency with Google Suite and basic computer applicationsAbility to pass criminal background checks Physical & Work RequirementsAbility to move throughout classrooms and school environmentsAbility to lift and carry up to 20 lbsAbility to assist in emergency behavioral situationsManual dexterity to operate computers and office equipmentApply Fast!!!Positions are filling quickly.For any queries, please contact:Alina Raye469-966-9436
