Job Title: Structure & Payload Design Engineer 3Multiple Location: 1. Houston, TX 1. Huntsville, AL 2. Titusville, FLSalary Range: $65 to $75/hr on W2 Contract roleIntroductionJoin our dynamic team as a key contributor in the development and integration of structural and interior payload systems. Our design center collaborates across various programs to enhance resources and optimize design processes. We are seeking a talented individual to contribute to our ongoing projects and future innovations.Required Skills & QualificationsApplicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2.Experience in Model Based Definition.Proficiency in the structural design process from conceptual layout phase through build-to package release.Experience in leading a structural design team through product development.Preferred Skills & QualificationsProficiency in CREO, CATIA, Enovia, NX CAD, and Teamcenter PDM.Experience in the utilization of new materials.Experience with design development and sustaining of lift equipment.Experience with detailed design of large, portable work platforms.Project management skills, including tracking metrics, reporting project status, and working across integrated teams.Day-to-Day ResponsibilitiesDevelop, integrate, and document structural and interior payload system requirements to establish the system design.Maintain and modify structural and interior payload system and component designs using 3-D CAD tools.Perform tests to validate and verify systems and components meet requirements and specifications.Coordinate with suppliers to optimize design and achieve program goals.Investigate emerging technologies to develop concepts for future product designs.Company Benefits & CultureInclusive and diverse work environment.Opportunities for professional growth and development.Comprehensive benefits package.For immediate consideration please click APPLY to begin the screening process with Alex or share profile at Preeti.Sharma1@artech.com
