The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in behavioral health within an acute care setting, demonstrating exceptional skills in milieu management, medication management, and patient assessments.ResponsibilitiesProvide comprehensive assessments and documentation for behavioral health patients.Manage patient milieu and ensure a safe and therapeutic environment.Administer medications and monitor patient reactions and progress.Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans.Required Experience / Certifications / LicensureMinimum of 18 months of recent behavioral health experience in an acute care setting.Active AHA or American Red Cross Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.Permanent Ohio or compact license in hand at the time of submission.Two recent references from a manager, ANM, supervisor, or director in the specialty.Why ARMStaffing?
