Production Technician Wholesale Cannabis

Job Description Production Technician Summary:Production Technician is responsible for accuracy gramming concentrates, pre-roll cones, cartridge hardware, labeling, and packaging. Must be efficient, able to do repetitive operations daily, and have knowledge of compliance and regulatory requirements. Consistency in quality controls and the ability to operate machinery to fulfill production numbers.Essential Functions/Responsibilities:Self-managed to create a steady cadence to achieve production numbers.Ensure compliance through proper quality controls.Ensure all production numbers are reported correctly.Operate machinery to produce efficiently.Package and label all outgoing products.Prepare orders and audit inventory.Complete other tasks as assigned by management.QualificationsHigh School Diploma or Equivalent.Current Colorado Marijuana Enforcement Division Occupational Badge (Support or Key).Must comply with all local, state, federal, or internal policies and regulations for working in the cannabis industry.Must be at least 21 years of age.Positive Attitude.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Able to work independently and with others.Must demonstrate exceptional attention to detail.Experience in a Cannabis Production Facility.Experience filling and packing pre-rollsExperience packaging, labeling, and quality control.Other Requirements/Physical Demands:Must be able to occasionally lift or push items weighing up to 50 pounds (22 kg).Must be able to stand or sit for extended periods.Must be capable of frequent and repetitive hand movements.Must be able to bend, squat, crouch, kneel and walk intermittently throughout the day.Must be willing to work all shifts and weekends as needed.Job Type: Full-timeBenefits: Dental insuranceHealth insurancePaid time offVision insurance Schedule: 8 hour shiftMonday to FridayWeekends as needed Work Location: In personCompany Descriptionbinske is a leading cannabis brand dedicated to elevating the consumer experience through high-quality products, thoughtful design, and creative innovation.Company Descriptionbinske is a leading cannabis brand dedicated to elevating the consumer experience through high-quality products, thoughtful design, and creative innovation.
