You'll focus on the cost, schedule, and performance, and growth of the program. If you are a motivated individual looking to be a part of critical mission, CACI would like to speak with you.Responsibilities:Works with the division PMO to establish goals and plans that meet program objectives. Utilizing domain and expert technical knowledge, the Technical PM provides technical/management leadership for the program. The PM will be responsible for all financial, technical, administrative, contractual, and personnel aspects of the program. The PM will interface directly with the customer's executives. The PM manages, directs, and allocates resources to support the program; supported by his/her PMO and corporate executives to make sure that the program provides on-time delivery of top-quality services.Responsible for all aspects of the ProgramServes as a point of contact for the client leadershipLeads cross task/project planning for contractor resources, scheduling, milestones and deliverablesOrganizes, directs, and manages deployment of IT infrastructure, IT systems, IT support systems, and communications systems involving multiple, complex and inter-related project tasks.Manages a team of CACI and contract support personnelFacilitates cross task/project communicationResponsible for quality of deliverables and overseas the quality assurance programCoordinates resolution of scope and schedule disputes with Government and contractor service delivery teamsEnsures adherence to WHCA and DOD processes, procedures, standards and policies required by the government for this programEnsures that all Program deliverables are met and ensures conformance with program task schedules and costsIdentifies, assesses, and resolves complex business problems/issue/risks and facilitates issue resolution and risk mitigationEnsures CACI back-office support to properly process invoicing and personnel security clearance requirementsPerforms contractor team and supplier assessment and evaluationsProvides decision-making and domain knowledge that has a critical impact on overall program performanceEstablishes and maintains technical and financial reports to show progress of projects to management and customers, organizes and delegates responsibilities to subordinates and oversees the successful completion of all assigned tasks.Qualifications:Required:Ten (10) years relevant program/project management experience, with at least three (3) years managing similarly complex multi-capability, geographically distributed projects for a program value of at least $25M per yearProject Management Institute (PMI) Project Management Professional PMP Certification.Experience managing programs executing complex solution migrations, technical sustainment/operations, and cyber security compliance requirements.Active Top Secret / SCI clearance with ability to obtain Yankee White designationWillingness to be on-site at customer location as requiredDesired:Bachelor's degree in business administration, economics, computer science, engineering, or relevant degree.
