Per Diem Nurse

Per Diem Nurses- Residential Behavioral Health setting Wellspring is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Per Diem (LPNs or RN's) to join our team at a residential behavioral health facility located in Bethlehem, CT. Who we are: Wellspring and Arch Bridge School aims to provide a safe and supportive environment for young adult women and adolescent girls to overcome mental health and emotional difficulties. Functions: Promote and maintain a therapeutic environment in a residential setting. Asses, manage and prioritize health problems appropriate to client populations served by Wellspring and in accordance with best practices. Responsibilities: Administer medication and treatment in accordance with Wellspring Policies, procedures and best practices. Document and communicate accurately any health issues of residents Manager health problems that arise and appropriately administer care for medical and psychiatric orders. Assessing, managing and prioritizing health problems appropriate to client populations Performs other reasonably related duties as assigned by immediate supervisor. Requirements: Two years experience in psychiatric nursing or related experience preferred. Current license in the State of Connecticut. Registered Nurse or LPN All nurses must maintain current CPR Certification and the requirements for licensure, certification and or registration and or related work experience required or needed to fulfill this requirement.
