Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Rodent Tech at Paragon Pest Control DFW located in the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex. The Rodent Tech will be responsible for carrying out pest and rodent inspections, treatments, and exclusion services, and will work collaboratively with the team to ensure customer satisfaction. Qualifications Rodent identification, treatment, trapping, removal, and exclusion skills Ability to conduct residential and commercial pest and rodent inspections Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently and collaboratively Familiarity with pesticides and other pest control products and equipment Knowledge of local pest control regulations and safety standards Valid driver's license and clean driving record Communicate with the team when needed. Lift 35-50 pounds. Have a clean background and driving record. Work outdoors in all climates. Reliability. Skills & Qualifications That Would Be Beneficial Experience performing insulation and exclusion services for pests Understanding of general pest control plans for both commercial and residential properties Ability to handle and maintain pest control equipment and vehicles Ability to work flexible hours and weekends as needed Job Type: Full-time Pay: $17.50 - $31.00 per hour Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week Benefits: Parental leave Schedule: 8 hour shift Day shift Work Location: In person
