Join us!This role is not a requisition processor—it is a strategic talent advisor and operator responsible for hiring Director+ corporate talent across the enterprise.You will partner directly with senior leaders (VP–SVP level) to define talent needs, shape hiring strategies, and deliver high-caliber leaders who drive business outcomes.From intake through close, you own both process and outcomes—ensuring we move with speed, precision, and a consistently high bar for talent.This role requires executive presence, strong business acumen, and the ability to influence at the highest levels of the organization.Why This Role MattersWhen done well, you will:Elevate the quality of leadership hiring (Director+)Strengthen executive trust and confidence in Talent AcquisitionImprove speed and rigor of hiring decisions at the leadership levelBuild diverse, high-impact leadership pipelines aligned to business prioritiesCore Accountabilities:Executive-Level Full-Cycle RecruitingOwn end-to-end recruiting for Director+ corporate roles (HR, Finance, Marketing, Strategy, Digital, etc.)Lead high-quality intake discussions with senior leaders to define success profiles beyond the job descriptionDrive structured, efficient, and high-touch search processesEnsure strong candidate slates with a clear point of view—not just optionsTalent Strategy & Market IntelligenceDevelop proactive sourcing strategies for leadership talent across corporate functionsMap talent markets and build pipelines of passive, high-caliber candidatesProvide insights on talent availability, compensation, and competitive positioningAnticipate hiring needs and build pipelines ahead of demandSenior Stakeholder Partnership & InfluenceAct as a trusted advisor to VP/SVP leadersChallenge assumptions and raise the bar on talent decisionsDrive alignment, clarity, and decision velocity across stakeholdersPartner closely with HRBPs, Compensation, and TA leadership to ensure aligned executionCandidate Experience & Closing ExcellenceDeliver a white-glove, executive-level candidate experienceAssess candidates for leadership capability, business impact, and cultural alignmentLead offer strategy and negotiations with confidence and credibilityClose top talent in competitive marketsOperational Excellence & ReportingManage pipeline health, search progress, and risks with clear, data-driven updatesEnsure accuracy and discipline within Workday (ATS)Continuously improve processes to increase speed, quality, and consistencyContribute to broader TA transformation initiativesExperience & Profile6–10+ years of recruiting experience, with a strong focus on Director+ corporate hiringProven track record of hiring senior-level talent across corporate functions (HR, Finance, Marketing, Strategy, etc.)Demonstrated ability to influence and partner with senior leaders (VP+)Strong sourcing capability—experience building passive pipelines for leadership rolesExperience managing multiple high-priority searches in a fast-paced environmentStrong business acumen—connects talent decisions to business outcomesExperience with Workday or similar ATS preferredLeadership CharacteristicsOwner’s mindset: accountable for outcomes, not just activityExecutive presence: credible, confident, and composed with senior leadersStrategic operator: balances long-term talent strategy with immediate executionInfluencer: challenges thinking and drives better decisionsBuilder: creates pipelines, processes, and trust from the ground upWork Environment: Full time opportunity, hybrid to the Dallas, TX Metro area.Signet Jewelers is an equal opportunity employer committed to promoting diversity of all levels of employees.
